Each apartment includes a living-room, guest-room and a kitchenette combined in onе room, one or two bedrooms, sanitary facilities /a bathroom and a toilet/, entrance-hall and a spacious balcony with a view to the sea.

Stage of completion of the luxury apartments in ATLANTIC PALACE
Construction – the buildings are designed with reinforced-concrete frame beamless structures and nonbearing separating walls. The construction interfloor height is 280 cm.

Finishing works stage
The frontage of the hotel section features a Neoclassical architecturural style with the frontage architectural elements which characterize this style, namely columns, balustrades, arches, etc. and with the use of luxury materials – marble, limestone, fine stoneware tiles, wrought iron, etc.
Walls – the outer separating walls are constructed out of ceramic hollow bricks thick 25 cm, outer thermal insulation layer – 5 cm, tiling with limestone tiles, marbel, fine stoneware tiles and frontage elements (decorative columns, balustrades, arches, etc., characteristic of the Neoclassic style), according to an individual architecture project.

The interior walls are plastered and covered with latex or luxuriously wall-papers on a layer of fibrecement panels.
The inner walls of the sanitary facilities are finished with luxury wall ceramic materials.

  1. Ceilings - suspended ceiling from hydrophobic planes and latex in the sanitary facilities;
  2. Floors – laminated parquette for living-rooms and bedrooms, luxury teracotta or finestoneware (granitogres) for entrance halls, sanitary facilities and balconies and stone tiles for the staircase cages.

Doors
  1. Pedestrian entrance to the complex with a self-closing door and locking mechanism, as well as a fitting automatic door and а ramp with a slope of 9-14% for automobile access to the parking lots in the basement.
  2. Entrance two-wing doors with dimensions 160/210 cm. From the entrance porch You can reach the main staircase of the building, the elevator, the staircase leading to the basements, which is blocked by means of a metal door with a self-closing mechanism and fire-resistance limit of 72 minutes.
  3. The entrance interior doors of the apartments are made out of MDF material and they are provided with electronic locks with magnetic cards.
  4. The inner doors of the apartments are made out of MDF material.
  5. Sliding PVC door with glass pack, mahogany color, opening to the balconies of the apartments
  6. Windows – PVС framework or wooden triple glazed profiles, double-masked mahogany colour, with a double glazed unit 24 mm (low emission glass).
  7. The railings of the balconies are made of wrought iron and the grid will include the inscription of ATLANTIC PALACE monogram.
  8. Sanitary facilities – suspended ceiling – hydrophobic with intergraded lights, luxury floor and wall ceramics, luxury furniture, including board of natural stone, installed bath tube or shower cabin, installed sanitary fittings.
  9. Kitchenette – board and installed kitchen cabinets with available space for the installation of kitchen appliances, installed kitchen tub of German silver and faucet.

Installations
  1. Elevators – elevator shaft with plane dimensions 160/190 cm, width of the doors 80 cm.
  2. Ventilation – sucking ventilation of individual ventilators for all service facilities;
  3. Heating and cooling - gas distribution substation, ventilation convectors and radiators, air-conditioner, "SANYO" thermal pumps.
  4. Water-mains and sewerage - the water distribution network is made of PP and PE pipes. The sewerage system is made of PVC pipes in noise-proofed chambers.
  5. Electrical installations- power and light electro installations performed in accordance with the project in compliance with the Bulgarian National Standard.
  6. Telecommunications; Internet – with several providers to choose from, indoor wiring to living rooms or wireless connection.
  7. Cable television – indoor wiring to living rooms and bedrooms, connected to cable TV provider or via satelitte.
  8. Building access – electronic locks with magnet cards.
